Patricia González was a Tax and Legal Services partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for 30 years, where she established herself as a pioneering figure by becoming the youngest, and first female partner in the PwC Latin America. In her time at PwC, she headed various areas such as Tax Policy, Financial Services, Client Services, and Corporate Responsibility, and further developed a profound expertise in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). Patricia González boasts a distinguished tenure at PwC, where her expertise earned her a seat on the PwC Global Board for five years, a prestigious position shared with only 15 other members, representing the voices of 10,000 partners worldwide. As the first Latin-American representative on this board during a period when PwC reported revenues of approximately $41.3 billion US Cy, her election by her peers marked a significant milestone. Currently, Patricia serves as Vice president of American Society of Mexico, Women Economic Forum Iberoamerica, Britisch Chamer among other financial and minning companies and ONGs in México and abroad. She is actively involved in initiatives to support children and young people in vulnerable conditions and she is the chair of G100 Global Human Resources and Talent Development
