She is a marketing professor and consultant specializing in personal branding, sport tourism, and corporate sectors. She has published two books: "Il Galateo del Business," which has been translated into English, Spanish, and Japanese, and "Lezioni di stile ai tempi del covid." In her professional work, she conducts Business Style courses for companies, hotels, and at The International Academy of Tourism in Cernobbio, Lake Como.

In the field of sports marketing, she serves on the Marketing Commission of CONI (Comitato Italiano Olimpico) Lombardia and is an expert in organizing international sports events that significantly impact tourism, such as the Olympic Games and World Championships. Her career ranges from local to international levels, having been the director of the tourism agency of the Province of Varese, where she lives, and working as a manager for 12 years in an American company. She has held various positions abroad, including living in Barcelona for three years, and has been a member of the Women International Network (WIN) in Lausanne for 25 years.
