Business leader in Central Africa, based in Cameroon, Marie-Paule is Co-Founder and CEO of VATIS TRAVEL SERVICES, an independent Travel Agencies network. Through her involvement in the Cameroon Tourism and Hospitality sector, she was elected National Chairwoman of Cameroon Inter-Professional Tourism Organisation. Her professional experiences include communication, where she led MW-DDB (affiliate of the DDB Worldwide network), as Chief Executive Officer for West and Central Africa, hospitality and real-estate. Marie-Paule’s unwavering dedication to women entrepreneurship led her to become co-founder and permanent board member of Cameroon Chapter of AWEP (African Women Entrepreneurship Program). Passionately committed to promoting women’s agri-preneurship, one of the causes she is devoted to, is the economic empowerment of rural women through mentoring. Marie-Paule sits on G100 Global Advisory Council for Farming, AgriTourism and AgriTech. Marie-Paule holds an MBA from Babson College, Olin business school (MA.USA), and a Doctorate Degree (hc) from Jharkhand Rai University (India).
