Ranging from merchandising to management of retail and outlet centers covering a wide spectrum of brand positioning. Working with key international companies such as Max Mara, Prada, Value Retail and Nike, I had the great opportunity to travel both in Europe and Asia strengthening sensitive ness to cultural diversity and dealing with large teams. High results driven, motivating management style, business acumen and strong negotiation and influencing skills enable me to achieve performance growth in assigned targets, to create successful teams and build trusted relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders. My support now as a Brand Consultant and Clienteling & Training Manager is for those people, students. managers and companies who believe that keep on learning is a way of life and are open to receive new inputs, ideas and get involved.
