Dr. H. C. Eleonora Bonacossa is a German-Italian citizen with a career marked by international and intercultural focus. She is a certified Business and Leadership Coach and the founder of ARETA new perspectives for leaders, a coaching institute based in Frankfurt am Main. ARETA provides essential competencies for executives, offering group training and individual coaching for managers, leaders, and teams across Europe and India. Eleonora studied European Languages and Literature in Bologna and earned a Master of Science in Social Management from Bocconi Business School in Milan.
