Claire-Marie Boggiano is a Director and Coach specialising in business change and leadership development. Claire-Marie is a Chartered Engineer and works to support Women in Business and Women & Girls in STEM. She created and hosts the monthly ‘Women Leading in Business’ guest speaker and networking sessions at Alliance Manchester Business School. She is a member of the Global Advisory Board of WIN (Women’s International Network) and co-founded WIN Manchester. She is also an ambassador for ‘Women on Boards UK’ and ‘Queen Bee Coaching’, which offers free leadership coaching to women across Greater Manchester. She is a co-chair at ‘GM4Women’, a charity convened by Helen Pankhurst focussed on promoting equality and diversity for the benefit of the GM community by harnessing data, dialogue, deeds & determination to help women & girls prosper. Claire-Marie believes organisations and communities succeed by working with the talents and imagination of all their people.
